SHIPPING & HANDLING
Almost all pieces are made to order, so please allow two to three weeks for dispatch. Public holidays or production issues may add another couple of days to this, but usually we ship things out much sooner. Handmade can take time!
If you need something urgently, please don't hesitate to get in touch - we'll do our best to work something out.
All U.S. orders ship via Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, and items should be received within three business days of shipping.
In the rare event that an item goes missing in the mail, we can claim on the insurance after 20 days, at which point we will send you a replacement parcel.
CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship via first class mail, which has a delivery estimate of two weeks, but can take up to four. First class offers the best shipping prices, but unfortunately it is not insured. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail, if the uninsured shipping service is selected. Priority or Express mail are available upon request, so if you require a faster service or would like insurance, please contact us before ordering.
UK AND EUROPEAN ORDERS
Please order from our UK website for the best shipping prices and times.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As almost all our pieces are handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges. If you have are any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch. We go to every effort to make our products the best they can be, and we will be happy to repair or replace anything that should break or be damaged.
MATERIALS & CARE
All pieces are hand crafted, so please allow for slight variations in finish. We try to keep our work as constant as possible, but it's in the nature of the handmade process that things will differ slightly - that's what makes it special.
All metals will naturally develop a darker patina over time, as a reaction to the air, moisture, and the wearer's skin. This gives the jewellery a beautiful aged look, but if it isn't to your taste, it can also be cleaned off with a treated polishing cloth. If you would like to maintain the bright finish on brass and plated jewellery, it's best to avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and water.
