DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary based on the availability of each item - some items are kept in stock, and some are made to order. Please refer to the item description for specific details on availability and shipping timeframe.

For in stock items, please allow five business days for us to pack and post the item. Public holidays may add another couple of days to this, but usually we are able to ship things out sooner.

For made-to-order jewellery, most items take 4-6 weeks to produce before shipping out. Occasional production issues can add to this timeframe, but we do everything we can to ship in a timely manner, and will update you promptly of any delays.

If you need something urgently, please get in touch before ordering - we will do our best to help.

SHIPPING METHODS

All our items are shipped securely and well packaged to avoid damage. In the rare event that something does get damaged in the mail, please contact us and we will work it out!

We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive packages, and regularly check your tracking information.

UK

Shipping is free on orders of over £150.

Fine jewellery ships within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and is fully insured. You will receive a tracking number via email when the parcel is posted.

Special Delivery requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure the shipping address entered is one where somebody will be present to sign for the parcel. Otherwise, Royal Mail will leave a card giving you the option of redelivery or collection from your local post office depot.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide!

For items with a value under £500, we offer two shipping options.

Our recommended service is a tracked, insured FedEx Priority service, that aims to deliver within 1-4 days of shipping. This is charged at a flat rate of £55. You will receive a tracking number via email when the parcel is posted, and the item will need a signature upon delivery. This service is more expensive than standard mail, but we find FedEx to be by far the fastest and most reliable international service, and for valuable orders we find it is worth it for the extra speed and security.

We can also offer Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed service, on orders of up to £500 value. This has a delivery estimate of 7 - 10 working days, although this timeframe is not guaranteed; it can be up to 25 working days. It will require a signature upon delivery, and can only be insured up to a £250 value, so we do not recommend it for any more valuable orders.

If your order has a value over £250, then you will assume the risk for any amount over that. Once the item has left the UK, it will be handled by the recipient country’s postal service, so if there are any issues with delivery, you will need to contact your local post office, as we are not able to get any further information from Royal Mail.

Orders valued over £500 are only able to ship via FedEx Priority.

Shipping costs do not include any customs fees that may be charged (see below). International order delivery times may be delayed by customs processing, as the time to clear customs can vary.

CUSTOMS FEES

If you live outside the UK, you may be charged customs fees or import duties on international mail, depending on your country's import rules. These charges are not covered by our shipping charges, and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred. We recommend researching your local customs rules and costs for receiving goods shipped from the UK before placing an order.

We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number once you receive it, as sometimes people do not receive the notifications that an item is being held until customs fees are paid - you may need to call FedEx or the post office with your tracking number to settle the payment and arrange delivery, as items are returned to sender if not paid for within a couple of weeks.

FRANCE

France has its own specific set of rules regarding shipments of jewellery - French law requires a French broker to clear the item through customs. When your item arrives in France, FedEx will contact you to set this up, and then the broker will arrange payment of customs fees and delivery to your address. The broker will be at your cost; we are not responsible for broker fees or customs fees that may be incurred. Please research the process with French customs before ordering, so that you know the costs to expect - we are unfortunately not able to assist with this process.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T UPDATING! IS MY PARCEL LOST?

Argh! Sorry about that. Tracking is handled by the shipping providor (and if you’re abroad, your country’s post office, once the parcel leaves the UK) and we aren’t able to see any more information than you are! Sometimes the post office doesn’t scan a parcel or updates tracking inaccurately. It’s very rare for parcels to get lost in the mail, usually they’re just delayed or the tracking number hasn’t been scanned.

If an item seems to be lost, the best thing to do is for you to contact the post office or courier service directly. They will have more information than we do! If you live abroad, contact your country's post office.

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As almost all our products are handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges, unless we’ve made an error in the order. If you have any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch. We go to every effort to make our products the best they can be, and we will be happy to repair or replace anything that should break or be damaged.
